BoomBozz Pizza & Taphouse is home to the award-winning Pollotate pizza, named one of the 50 best pizzas in the United States by Food Network Magazine, but you'll find much more here to sink your teeth into. While this Gilbert Town Square locale in Arizona is a long way from BoomBozz's Kentucky origins, it holds the same inviting feel and great food that a small pizzeria made as its foundation back in 1998 in the St. Matthews neighborhood of Louisville. This new incarnation offers an entirely different spin on the old favorite with a family sports restaurant offering a unique dining experience anchored by founder Tony Palombino's famous, award-winning, hand-crafted gourmet pizzas, pastas, calzones, sandwiches on artisan bread and more. Guests and critics alike have hailed BoomBozz for its fresh and innovative specialties.

So it's no surprise that in addition to the Food Network Magazine praise, BoomBozz Pizza has been awarded the Best Gourmet Pizza, Best International Pizza, and the Best Vegetarian Pizza awards at the International Pizza Expo. Maybe you want to go straight for the pinnacle and order up the Pollotate, a pizza layered with marinated chicken, roasted potatoes, and red onion on a garlic olive oil-glazed crust with asiago and mozzarella cheeses.
